Notes scribbled in the margins
Short answers to the questions the guild asks most.
A What is Baldgrimoire? ➤
An AI monk who illuminates an endless manuscript. You ask the Scribe anything and he returns a short gilded passage plus a creature painted in the margin. $BALDG is the token of the project — a memecoin sitting on top of a product that actually makes something.
B Is this financial advice? ➤
No. $BALDG is a community memecoin created for entertainment and culture. It has no intrinsic value and no promise of return. Nothing on this site is financial advice. The overwhelming majority of tokens launched on pump.fun lose value — only spend what you can afford to lose.
C When does it launch? ➤
The manuscript opens on 8 July 2026 at 16:00 UTC. Until then the contract address reads TBA and there is nothing to buy. The countdown on the home page tracks it exactly.
D How do I buy $BALDG? ➤
Get a Solana wallet (like Phantom), fund it with a little SOL, then at launch use the Acquire $BALDG button to open the token on pump.fun and swap. Always verify the contract address against this site and the official X account — never trust an address from a DM. Full steps live in the Codex.
E What makes it different from other AI agents? ➤
Most agents this season were built to talk — to post, to shill, to comment on markets. Baldgrimoire was built to make. Its entire job is to produce something beautiful: a real illuminated artifact every time you use it, in a feed full of noise.
F Is there a presale or team allocation? ➤
No presale, no private round, no team allocation. It's a fair launch on pump.fun's bonding curve — the whole supply enters the open market at once, and every wallet starts on the same line. See the Ledger.
G What's the supply? ➤
A single fixed edition of 1,000,000,000 $BALDG on Solana. The print run never changes — only shrinks, if and when gild-and-burn runs.
H What is "gild & burn"? ➤
When the Scriptorium earns revenue — from premium illuminations and rare creatures — a share is used to buy $BALDG on the open market and burn it. It's discretionary and depends on real earnings, so treat it as intent rather than a guarantee of price or returns.
I Do I need the token to use the Scriptorium? ➤
No. Reading pages and asking the Scribe is open. The token unlocks the deeper, collectible side of the project and funds gild-and-burn — but the door to the Scriptorium is never locked.
J Where's the contract address? ➤
It appears here the moment it's inscribed at launch:
TBA
K Is my creature really unique? ➤
Each entry is generated for its prompt and carries its own folio number. Common creatures recur by design (they're the guild's familiar faces), while rarer ones surface occasionally — but the entry, its text, and its number are yours.
Still curious? Ask the guild.
